Interlegal secured satisfaction of the Client’s claims on debt recovery for bunker payment

After successful ship arrest as claim security, Interlegal experts defended at the commercial court violated rights and interests of the Client, a foreign bunkering company. Interlegal lawyers proved lawfulness of the Client’s claims on debt recovery from the Shipowner. The court satisfied claims in full and charged the payable amount from the Debtor in favour of bunkering company, including interests accrued for payment delay.
