II Annual Summer Forum on Public Law of the Association of Attorneys of Ukraine
Association of Attorneys of Ukraine invites you to participate in II Annual Summer Forum on Public Law of the Association of Attorneys of Ukraine, that will be held on June 13, 2013 at Hotel «Premiere Palace», Sofievskiy Grand Hall, T. Shevchenko Blvd. / Pushkins'ka Str., 5-7/29
For two years consecutively Association of Attorneys of Ukraine carries out the exclusive professional arrangement for attorneys serving as the basis for discussion and resolving existing problems in Public Law.
Under results of the arrangement every participant has opportunity to be issued Certificate, giving the right to receive scores according to the Order on raising qualification by attorneys, approved by High qualification commission of advocateship.
The goal of the Forum is to establish conditions for constructive dialog in advocate community with regulatory authorities and government representatives.
Purposes of the Forum:
- increasing sharing of information between attorneys on actual problems of Public Law
- discussion updates of legislation and law enforcement practices
- consolidation advocateship and working out legal opinions on questionable legal issues
- assisting in providing information to governmental bodies about opinions of advocateship.

• Peculiarities of protection rights to use land and proprietary right to land plots in court
• Topical issues and risks in state registration of rights to land plots
• Ways of communication with tax militia in carrying out investigations in case of criminal offence
• Tendencies in court practice on definite categories of tax disputes
• Tax audits: what tax-payer obtains and what losses when denies access for tax officials to carry out audit
• Topical issues of regulation capital market
• Double listing of securities: legal regulation and tendencies of development
• Delegation authorities in sphere of public relationship in capital market of Ukraine
• Evolution ways for protection rights in sphere of intellectual property in information society
• Role of state in ensuring Rights and Liberties of Man and of the Citizen. Analysis of modern state mechanisms for protection rights and interests of customers.
