Sayenko Kharenko acted as legal counsel to a foreign investment fund on the sale of a blocking shareholding in Public Joint-Stock Company "Bank "Kyivska Rus" (the "Bank") to a group of Ukrainian companies, affiliated with the Bank’s Chairman of the Board, Victor Bratko.
Sayenko Kharenko provided full transactional support, including general advice on Ukrainian banking and corporate law matters, deal structuring, development and negotiation of all transactional documents, and assistance with closing.
Public Joint-Stock Company "Bank "Kyivska Rus" was established in 1996 and is Ukraine’s 31st largest bank by assets value.
